Qualifications

• Eight years of experience with programming
• Strong systems programming fundamentals including concurrency and distributed systems
• Experience designing and operating production APIs/services with observability and security
• Ability to translate platform requirements across teams and deliver end-to-end
• High motivation and ability to tackle unfamiliar areas

Responsibilities

• Build the core AI platform powering the copilot in an AI-native trading experience
• Develop a high-performance Rust backend supporting streaming responses and low latency
• Design robust APIs and runtimes for authentication, rate limits, auditing, and tracing
• Create safe action infrastructure for deterministic previews, confirmations, and audit logs
• Collaborate with product and frontend for AI-native UX patterns and explanations
• Develop domain understanding to translate business needs into platform primitives
