Hill Associates, Inc. is building the operating system to power private markets. We are forming a small team to create core infrastructure, financial ledgers, and enterprise APIs for a fast-growing fintech platform.

You'll own end-to-end financial systems from conception to production, ship daily, and implement CQRS/eventsourcing across services while leveraging Rust, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and cloud/Kubernetes tooling.

Qualifications

• Own the execution of critical financial systems from conception through to production.
• Ability to build systems that handle complex legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ship code daily and value developer experience (DX).

Responsibilities

• Develop core investing infrastructure using event-based CQRS patterns.
• Build and maintain financial ledgers that track assets with high accuracy.
• Design and build scalable APIs used by enterprisepartners with strong focus on DX.
