• Develop seasonal color narratives rooted in brand direction, athlete insights, culture and trend research.
• Build cohesive color palettes to communicate story, mood and performance goals.
• Translate strategy into color application across footwear lines.
• Own color CADs, material callouts, and final color tech packs with precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to production.
• Present color concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
