Themis Insight in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Sr. Rules Analyst (Legal/Policy Docs - Intel Community) to analyze legal and policy documents, extract key information, and identify compliance obligations under established guides.

The role requires TS/SCI with a Polygraph, 10 years of related experience, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's or JD can substitute for two years). You will develop machine-readable rules, contribute to policy guidance, and create user guides; frequent collaboration with

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of relevant experience in programs involving Customer authorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree or J.D. may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information under guides and procedures.
• Identify compliance obligations and design/maintain controls and machine-readable rules.
• Provide SME to development of mission compliance-related policy and guidance.
• Create and maintain user guide documentation for analyzing legal and policy documents.
• Engage with customers to understand problems and determine solutions based on existing guidance.
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for varied audiences.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

Master's degree or J.D. substituted for two years of experience
