Job summary
Themis Insight seeks a Principal Rules Analyst (Legal/Policy Docs - Intel Community) in Annapolis Junction, MD. TS/SCI with polygraph is required. You will analyze legal and policy documents, identify compliance obligations, and craft reports and briefings for a broad audience.
Responsibilities include developing policy guidance, maintaining machine-readable rules for automation, and authoring user guides. The role demands extensive experience and a strong, proactive approach to compliance
Qualifications
- Current TS/SCI Clearance with MD Polygraph.
- 15 years of relevant experience in programs involving Customer authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., legal, technical field, library science).
- Master's degree or JD may substitute for two years of experience.
- J.D. plus 5 years in legal or 5 in Intelligence Community Privacy is required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information per established guides.
- Identify compliance obligations and maintain controls and machine-readable rules for automation.
- Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for diverse audiences.
- Provide SME support for mission compliance policy and guidance development.
- Create and maintain user guide documentation for analyses.
