Job summary

Themis Insight, LLC seeks a Rules Analyst 2 (Legal/Policy Docs – Intel Community) to analyze legal and policy documents and extract key information in accordance with established guides. Position located in Annapolis Junction, MD, with security requirements including TS/SCI with Polygraph.

The role involves using MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, and Confluence/JIRA to prepare reports, engage with customers, and design compliant controls and policy guidance for mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of relevant experience in programs involving Customer authorities.
• Master's degree or JD may substitute for two years of experience.
• Four additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Use MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro to prepare documents.
• Use Confluence and JIRA for task tracking.
• Engage with customers to understand problems and craft solutions.
• Prepare reports and briefings for varied audiences.
• Analyze compliance obligations to design controls and system requirements.
• Create and maintain user guide documentation for analyzing documents.
