Power3 Solutions and Partnering Companies seeks a Sr. Rules Analyst (Legal/Policy Docs - Intel Community) in Annapolis Junction, MD.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and a strong background in analyzing legal and policy documents to extract key information and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include developing compliance controls, creating user guides, and interfacing with customers to derive solutions based on documentation and guidance.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with a Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., legal, technical field, library science).
• Master's degree or J.D. may substitute for two years of experience, reducing requirement by two years.
• Four (4) additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree for a total of 14 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information.
• Identify compliance obligations and design/maintain controls and machine-readable rules for compliance automation.
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for diverse audiences.
• Provide subject matter expertise to mission compliance policy and guidance development.
• Create and maintain user guide documentation for analyzing legal and policy documents.
• Engage with customers to understand problems and determine solutions based on existing guidance.
