Job summary

Themis Insight is seeking a Principal Rules Analyst (Legal/Policy Docs – Intel Community) in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information, identify compliance obligations, and design machine-readable rules to enable automated compliance.

A TS/SCI clearance with MD Polygraph is required. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, preparing reports and briefings, and creating user guides.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with a MD Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.
• A Master's degree or J.D. may substitute for two years of experience (reducing the experience requirement).
• Total 19 years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• A J.D. and at least 5 years in legal or 5 years in Intelligence Community Privacy compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information per guides and procedures.
• Identify compliance obligations in legal and policy documents.
• Develop and maintain controls, system requirements, and machine-readable rules for compliance automation.
• Create user guides for analyzing legal and policy documents.
• Engage with customers to understand problems and determine solutions based on documentation and guidance.
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for diverse audiences.
