Job summary
Power3 Solutions is seeking a Rules Analyst 2 (Legal/Policy Docs – Intel Community) in Annapolis Junction, MD to analyze legal and policy documents and extract key information per established guides. This role supports compliance obligations and develops machine-readable rules for automation.
The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with Poly, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's/JD substitution available).
Qualifications
- Requires 10 years of relevant experience in programs involving Customer authorities and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- A Master's degree or J.D. may substitute for two years of experience to reduce the requirement to eight years
- Four additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree for a total of 14 years
Responsibilities
- Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information per established guides and procedures
- Identify compliance obligations in documents and design controls and machine-readable rules for automation
- Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for diverse audiences
- Provide SME support to policy and guidance development
- Create and maintain user guides for document analysis
- Engage with customers to understand problems and guide solutions
