• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other external services.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Strong expertise in Ruby, Rails framework, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
