Job Description

We're looking for a senior Ruby on Rails engineer in LATAM to support a high-priority Rails application. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in established codebases, solving real production problems, and making meaningful improvements that the team will feel immediately.

You'll be trusted to jump in quickly, bring calm and clarity to complex Rails logic, and help stabilize and improve critical parts of the system.
