You'll work hands-on in a mature Rails codebase hosted on Heroku, collaborate with distributed teams, and refactor critical areas to reduce debt while maintaining quality and velocity.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong experience in large, mature, or legacy Rails applications.
• Deep understanding of Rails conventions, ActiveRecord, and common Rails patterns.
• Confident debugging and problem-solving skills in real-world codebases.
• Experience deploying or supporting Rails apps on Heroku.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and start delivering meaningful impact quickly.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator who works well with distributed teams.

Responsibilities
