GitLab is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end features for the Duo Agent Platform, focusing on DAP onboarding and repository/background flows. You will build autonomous agents and improve onboarding experiences to help customers configure projects efficiently.

You will collaborate across the DAP organization, review designs and code, and contribute to a culture of autonomy and async-first collaboration in a fully remote, global team.

Qualificações

• Strong, hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails in production systems.
• Experience integrating LLMs into products (not model training).
• Experience building agentic systems that act on behalf of users.
• Track record designing and shipping features independently in a collaborative team.
• Strong written communication in a distributed, async-first environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own design and delivery of end-to-end features across DAP onboarding and repository/background flows.
• Build autonomous and scheduled agents operating on customer codebases on Duo Agent Platform.
• Improve DAP onboarding to get projects configured and productive quickly.
• Collaborate with engineers across the DAP org on interfaces and patterns.
• Review designs and code to maintain high technical quality.
• Contribute to a culture of autonomy, ownership, and async-first collaboration.
