Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Realtime Managed Distribution Service (RTMDS) Level 3 Support Engineer in New York. You will work with core engineering to resolve production deployment issues, develop functionality, and deliver infrastructure with reliability and predictability.

The role requires deep market data knowledge, Linux scripting, and experience with automation tools. You will train teams and ensure robust monitoring and testing in production environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of market data in the financial sector.
• Experience with RTDS ADH, ADS, DACS, ATS is preferred.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of networks and server hardware.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL) and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support a private cloud hosting hundreds of customers with high service standards.
• Manage platform configurations, patching, and production compliance.
• Develop automation to support RTMDS infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot build processes, RTDS software configurations, and inventory issues.
• Document processes and train Level 2/3 teams on complex tasks.
• Implement monitoring for production systems and collaborate with engineering.
