You will contribute to CPU architecture, write RTL, and partner with architecture, verification, physical design, and SoC teams to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of RTL design with SystemVerilog experience.
• 5+ years of energy-efficient and low-power design methods.
• 5+ years of CDC and power-aware design.
• 3+ years of scripting (TCL, Perl, Python).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CPU RTL and simulate designs.
• Define architecture and microarchitecture features of the CPU design.
• Write RTL and optimize for power, performance, and area.
• Ensure design integrity for physical implementation.
• Review verification plans and fix RTL failures.
• Document MAS for CPU features.
• Collaborate with SoC customers for integration and performance.
