Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join our Georgia-based team. This role is local-to-Georgia with a hybrid work model and requires deep expertise in Automation Anywhere and UiPath.

You will design and implement scalable RPA solutions, work with clients to understand business needs, and mentor peers while ensuring high-quality, maintainable automation across ERP platforms. Hybrid arrangement: 2 days per week in office, located in Georgia.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in RPA development with AA and UiPath.
• 2+ years hands-on Automation Anywhere experience.
• Experience with OCR, Web, Windows, Email automation, XML, REST API, and mainframe commands.
• Automation Anywhere 10x or 11x certifications required.
• Knowledge of MetaBOT and modular reusable libraries.
• Design multi-bot processes with scalable architecture.
• Plan the complete implementation cycle and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong client-facing and RPA architecture skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Knowledge of .NET or Java, JavaScript or VBScript and Excel Macro preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and ERP systems like ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Workflow.

Job Description:

MUST HAVE:

• 6-10+ years of experience, must have 2+ years of hands on working knowledge in Automation Anywhere (AA) tool
• Must have Working knowledge in OCR/Web Automation/Windows Automation/Email Automation/ XML/ REST API/Mainframe command
• Must have Certifications in Automation Anywhere 10x or 11x
• Must have a knowledge on MetaBOT, create reference modular reusable code libraries for dev team.
