Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced Application Developer Senior within the Intelligent Automation Hub to design, develop and maintain automation solutions. You will review requirements, build scalable automations, and provide deployment and post-live support across the environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on UiPath work, API integrations, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with healthcare needs and security standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UiPath development and automation lifecycle experience.
• Experience with credential management, queues, logging, and scheduling.
• Ability to design, test, deploy, and support production automations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira and Git.
• Strong technical documentation and runbook creation.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains automation solutions using UiPath and other tools.
• Analyzes business requirements to create scalable automation designs.
• Builds production-ready automations with REFramework as applicable.
• Develops integrations via APIs, databases, and file interfaces.
• Provides code reviews, debugging, testing instructions, and deployment support.
• Monitors performance, investigates failures, and implements improvements.
• Mentors team members and contributes to coding and documentation standards.
