Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to support automation initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on designing, building, and optimizing UiPath automations that improve operational efficiency while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on UiPath expertise, experience working in regulated settings, and the ability to partner closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end UiPath automations across healthcare workflows
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions
• Enhance and refactor existing bots for performance, stability, and maintainability
• Ensure automations comply with healthcare data security and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA)
• Support production issues, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
• Contribute to RPA best practices, standards, and documentation

Top Skillset Requirements (Senior Level)

1. Advanced UiPath Development Expertise

• 5+ years of hands‑on UiPath development experience
• Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, APIs, and exception handling
• Ability to design scalable, reusable, and production‑ready automations

2. Healthcare / Regulated Environment Experience

• Experience building automations in healthcare or other highly regulated industries
• Solid understanding of PHI, data security, and compliance considerations (HIPAA strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to design automations that meet audit and governance standards

3. Solution Design & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to independently assess processes and recommend automation approaches
