Geisinger is seeking an experienced Application Developer Senior within the Intelligent Automation Hub to design, develop and maintain automation solutions. You will review requirements, build scalable automations, and provide deployment and post-live support across the environment.
The role emphasizes hands-on UiPath work, API integrations, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with healthcare needs and security standards.
This position sits within the Geisinger Steele Institute for Health Innovation's Intelligent Automation Hub (IAH). The Steele Institute for Health Innovation applies a human‑centered design approach and deploys resources from cross‑functional teams to achieve innovative solutions that align with the service lines’ strategic goals. The IAH is a business division comprised of a cross‑functional team that delivers automated solutions—including robotic process automation—for processes and tasks where efficiency can be improved. The Application Developer Senior reviews, analyzes, modifies, creates, debugs, designs, and tests applications using modern development methodologies and tools, provides key insight in design and application architecture discussions, and engages in all aspects of the application development life cycle as needed for each project to be successful.

Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate’s Degree = 2 years; Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years; Master’s Degree = 6 years).
