Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership in North America is seeking a Planning & Scheduling professional to craft long-term route plans for branches within the region. You will analyze plan efficiency, resource availability, and territory optimization while partnering with leaders to ensure data accuracy and impactful reporting.

Responsibilities include creating monthly, weekly, and daily route plans using routing software, coordinating updates with branches, and ensuring plans

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 2+ years as dispatcher or customer service agent.
• Advanced knowledge of routing and scheduling software and MS Office.
• Ability to read, interpret and act on general business documents and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create effective monthly, weekly, and daily route plans for assigned branches using route analysis software.
• QA, implement and adjust route plans across the region to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer information and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Planning Specialists and Schedulers to ensure timely, accurate task execution.
• Coordinate with branches on plan and territory updates to maximize route efficiency.
• Plan new branch openings, moves, or closures and manage territory inputs.
• Align plans with revenue targets to ensure sufficient work to meet or exceed financial plans.
