Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Dispatcher/Planning Specialist to optimize daily and weekly route plans for branch locations.

You will analyze plans, resources, and territory data, maintaining geographic codes and customer information while reporting metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers. The role requires routing software expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and 1–2 years in dispatch or customer service.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Routing and Scheduling software systems.
• 1–2 years of dispatcher or customer service experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and routing software.
• Communicate routes to service personnel within the territory.
• Review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Generate daily summary reports for the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
