Job summary

CertaSite is seeking a Route Sales & Service Level II technician to perform inspection, testing, and repair on fire extinguishers, exit/emergency lights, and kitchen hood suppression systems. You will troubleshoot, document, and maintain equipment while building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate shows 3+ years in route sales and service in life safety, with preferred experience in extinguishers, e-lights, and hood systems. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of route sales and service in the fire life safety industry.
• Experience with extinguishers, e-lights, and hood suppression systems preferred.
• Must have valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing, service, and repairs for fire extinguishers, exit/emergency lights, and pre-engineered suppression systems.
• Troubleshoot and service life-safety equipment and related systems.
• Document all inspections, repairs, and recommendations; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain positive customer relations and relay information for follow-up, quotes, or concerns.
• Keep vehicle and equipment organized, stocked, and in safe condition.
• Adhere to the company's safety program and work standards.
