D.c.-Global-Talent-Inc. is seeking a Room Service Manager for a Forbes luxury hotel in Boston, MA. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's in-room dining and private bar operation, running 24 hours a day.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of F&B management experience in a luxury hotel, strong knowledge of wine and spirits, and a proven ability to lead a high-standard service team. Valid US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an F&B management role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labour management, and in-room dining operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-standards, fast-paced luxury environment.
• Experience with F&B systems and computer equipment; excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, motivate, and develop the Room Service team, ensuring luxury service standards are met.
• Maintain a guest-facing presence, handle complaints, special requests, and VIP arrangements professionally.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all food and beverage items, with knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Collaborate with the Director of F&B and culinary team on menu development and amenity options.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Ensure seamless 24-hour in-room dining and private bar service delivery.
• Monitor outlets and equipment, recommending improvements.
• Attend operational meetings to coordinate across departments.
