Qualifications

• 5+ years in roofing operations management
• Residential roofing experience
• Insurance restoration experience preferred
• Crew, subcontractor, and vendor management experience
• Proven ability to scale operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and accountability skills
• CRM fluency with tools like AccuLynx or JobNimbus
• Strong grasp of production scheduling and gross margin management
