You will develop and execute regional business plans, oversee project management, manage the division's P&L, coordinate estimating, scheduling, safety, and staffing, and build strong client relationships with a wide network

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction or related industry experience.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or relevant discipline; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic business development plan for a region.
• Develop strategies to optimize project opportunities and meet growth objectives.
• Build client relationships and manage all business development efforts in the region.
• Develop proposals and budgeting strategies in collaboration with estimating and operations.
• Oversee all facets of project management including estimating, scheduling, and safety.
• Direct the division’s financial operations including forecasting, budgeting, billing, payables and receivables.
