Restoration Roofing NOVA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead residential roofing and insurance restoration production in Northern Virginia. You will own daily operations, scheduling, crews, and vendor management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years of roofing operations management, residential roofing experience, and the ability to scale operations. Strong leadership and CRM proficiency with AccuLynx or JobNimbus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roofing operations management.
• Residential roofing experience.
• Insurance restoration experience preferred.
• 4 crew, subcontractor, and vendor management experience.
• Proven ability to scale operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and accountability skills.
• CRM fluency with tools like AccuLynx or JobNimbus.
• Strong grasp of production scheduling and gross margin management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roofing and restoration operations.
• Manage production scheduling, workflow, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Deliver every job on time and within budget.
• Monitor project profitability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain production quality standards and conduct quality control inspections.
• Support insurance restoration processes and resolve escalated customer concerns.
