Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to coordinate roofing projects, oversee crews, and ensure work is completed on time and under budget. The role involves evaluating labor figures, reviewing estimates with management, and visiting job sites to assess roof systems installed.

The candidate should bring 5+ years of managerial experience in commercial roofing and familiarity with materials and techniques, plus strong leadership and a team-player attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience in a managerial position.
• Experience with commercial roofing materials and techniques.
• Must be comfortable with leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures and review estimates with management.
• Work with a variety of commercial roof systems (TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, etc.).
• Run commercial roofing projects on time and under budget.
• Lead crews of foremen, superintendents, etc.
