Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a commercial roofing background to own the estimating process from site inspection through final pricing and proposal. The role demands deep knowledge of roof systems, disciplined take-off practices, and strong analytical skills to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a national restoration leader, you will collaborate with Sales, Production, and insurance adjusters to develop competitive, fully scoped

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (5+ years for senior role).
• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience (required).
• Proven Xactimate proficiency including roof sketches, line items, and supplements. Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing and exterior restoration projects of varying size.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, specs, aerials, and field measurements.
• Prepare Xactimate, lump-sum, and unit-price estimates for insurance losses and capital projects.
• Communicate with sales, production, and clients to ensure estimates align with profitability targets.
• Mentor junior estimators and ensure compliance with company standards.
