NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, a leader in renewable generation and ROCC operations, oversees a 54GW portfolio. The Sr ROCC Operator role focuses on real-time monitoring of transmission and substation assets, coordinating switching and clearances, and ensuring compliant, safe operation across the fleet.

Working within ROCC, you will interface with generators, field personnel, and Reliability Coordinators to maintain reliability, respond to abnormal conditions, and support restoration efforts.

Formación

• High School grad or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in ROCC or related operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control transmission, substation, and high-voltage equipment in real time.
• Dispatch resources to maintain reliability parameters.
• Write switching orders and clearance documentation.
• Coordinate outages and ensure safe release of clearances.
