Job summary

EDP Renewables North America LLC is seeking a ROCC Manager to coordinate shifts, oversee remote operations, and develop procedures to ensure continuous wind-farm operations across EDPR NA facilities. You will monitor ROCC performance, enforce NERC/ISO compliance, and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in wind industry operations or equivalent industrial process control, with certifications in NERC PJM, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field, preferably Electrical or Controls Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience operating in wind/energy control environments or 8+ years in operation of industrial processes.
• NERC Reliability Coordinator (preferred) and PJM Generator Operator certifications.
• Proficient with MS Office, EMS, and SCADA; strong ISO regulatory knowledge.
• Demonstrated project management skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ROCC Specialists’ shifts to ensure 24x7 continuity.
• Develop procedures and ensure correct remote operations of EDPR NA wind farms.
• Support ROCC operations, data QA/QC, and incident response per safety standards.
