Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in electrical/ mechanical engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s in robotics or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in robotics or automation.
• Experience with teaching or setting up robots and vision hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed robotics roadmaps with business cases and impact.
• Build site and technology roadmaps aligning priorities and Factory of the Future strategy.
• Incubate robotics, vision, automation tech with external partners.
• Lead seminars and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Define scalable deployment models and reduce cycle time.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, safety to standardize deployment.
• Support deployment, startup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle reviews.
