Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or closely related discipline and 10+ years of engineering/operational experience.
• Strong leadership with financial acumen and ability to drive performance.
• DeltaV experience required; pharmaceutical manufacturing background preferred.
• Experience with large scale expansions and capital projects.
• Ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Set, direct, and control department goals, budget, and objectives for automation.
• Lead the automation department to meet site strategies; manage cost centers and project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and EHS requirements.
• Assess risk of design changes; implement fallback strategies and controls.
• Collaborate with peers to define action plans, timelines, and budgets for projects.
• Develop staff, manage performance, and provide clear expectations.
• Provide daily leadership to the Automation Team and supervise staff and contractors.
