Mytra is expanding its manufacturing footprint and seeks an Industrial Engineer to design and scale the process, equipment, and factory for robotic systems. You’ll work with hardware, supply chain, quality, and testing to prototype, productionize, and deploy manufacturing solutions that support rapid growth.
The role emphasizes DFx, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve scalable production while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Competenze
- 7+ years practical experience in manufacturing, with DFx across mechanical, electrical and robotics integration.
- Experience designing and deploying semi-automated assembly lines or manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to manage large data sets and perform process analysis to support scaling goals.
- CAD experience: OnShape, Creo for part design; AutoCAD for layouts; process simulation tools.

- Design and deploy the machine that builds the machine.
- Develop manufacturing build processes for robotic hardware.
- Model and test factory flow at scale with cross-functional metrics.
