Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a leader to build Physical AI and robotics solutions for industrial clients in the US. You will develop scalable architectures for autonomy, integrate Vision-Language-Action models, and manage a Centre of Excellence across PoC, pilot, and production rollout.

You will coordinate with clients and ecosystem partners, contribute to robotic strategy, and help drive Accenture sales efforts. Weekly travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years robotics experience with ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensors and simulators.
• 5+ years in Products, HPS, Resources, CMT or related industries (preferred automotive/life sciences).
• 3+ years leading robotics or tech consulting projects in industrial or research settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in robotics, CS or equivalent work experience (min 12 yrs).

Responsibilities

• Build Physical AI & robotics solutions that transform client operations.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures, with autonomy and real-time systems focus.
• Manage a Physical AI/Robotics Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) through PoC to production.
• Benchmark tech, conduct venture screenings, and set up robust demos/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture units, including NVIDIA, Boston Dynamics, UR.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy, roadmaps, and ecosystem positioning.
• Develop relationships with clients and support Accenture sales efforts.
• Travel weekly to client sites (Mon–Thu); travel amount 25%-100% per need.
