Job summary

The Kendall Group in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking an Advanced Motion and Robotics Business Manager to lead market assessment, strategic planning, and revenue growth for Robotics, AMRs, and advanced motion solutions. You will report to the Director of Automation and lead a team of sales and technical professionals, while building an ecosystem of partners

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business development or market development roles with CRM usage.
• 2 years of experience leading sales/technical professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for Robotics, AMRs, and Advanced Motion across territories.
• Build and manage a targeted sales pipeline with forecasting and performance visibility.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to win complex opportunities and expand Kendall Electric’s offerings.
