Job summary

Kendall Group is seeking an Advanced Motion and Robotics Business Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to lead market growth, strategy, and pipeline development across Robotics, AMRs, and Advanced Motion solutions. You will work with Kendall Electric, Rockwell Automation, and partners to drive revenue and customer value.

You will build a high-performing team, manage opportunities, and align go-to-market plans while delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in business development, product management, or market development with CRM usage.
2+ years leading and developing sales/technical teams.
Experience in industrial automation and motion control technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business plans for Advanced Motion and Robotics across assigned territories.
Build and manage a targeted sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
Lead and mentor sales and technical resources for engagement, sizing, quoting, and execution.
Partner with Kendall Electric, Rockwell Automation, and partners to drive go-to-market initiatives and growth.
