Job summary

The Kendall Group in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Advanced Motion and Robotics Business Manager to drive market strategies, partner ecosystems, and revenue growth across Robotics, AMRs, and related motion products.

Reporting to the Director of Automation, you will build a targeted funnel, manage opportunities in Kendall Electric's CRM, forecast performance, and lead a team of sales and technical professionals to deliver solutions from sizing to quoting.

Qualifications

5+ years in business development, product management, or market development roles with CRM usage.
2+ years leading and developing sales/technical professionals.
Experience with industrial automation or motion control technologies preferred.
Strong business and financial acumen to evaluate market opportunities and translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies for Robotics, AMRs, and Advanced Motion products across assigned territories.
Build and manage a targeted sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and visibility.
Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to identify customer needs and close opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and suppliers to drive results.
Represent Kendall Group in strategic opportunities and partner engagements.
