Job summary

Tutorintelligence in Watertown, MA is building next‑gen robotics used in real-world facilities. You will own the entirety of a robot or multiple robot types and guide other engineers to ensure smooth development from napkin sketch to manufacturing and support.

You'll mentor and grow engineers into leaders, work with cross‑functional teams, and maintain a high technical bar so we can move fast while delivering robust hardware as a MoTS (Member of Technical Staff).

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware robotics projects from concept to production.
• Strong systems thinking and hands-on hardware prototyping.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineers into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire robot system end-to-end.
• Guide and mentor engineers across the project lifecycle.
