Job summary

Tutor Intelligence is seeking a highly capable engineer to own the entirety of a robot or multiple robot types, guiding a team from concept through manufacturing and support. You will prototype, design, and mentor engineers to grow into leaders, ensuring fast, methodical hardware iteration and strong cross‑team collaboration.

You will operate in a hands-on role, deeply understanding how every part of the robot works and making tradeoffs to deliver real, tangible improvements in our facilities

• Mentor and guide other engineers to grow into leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete robot lifecycle from napkin sketch to manufacturing and support.
• Prototype and design components and systems as needed.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure we build the right thing and iterate quickly.
