Job summary
Tutorintelligence is seeking a technically credible engineering thinker to own a portfolio of Tutor robot sites in production. You will be the primary technical partner for operations, engineering, and maintenance teams, driving operational and technical success while working closely with our engineering, support, and maintenance squads.
The role blends robotics, operations, and customer partnership. You will diagnose issues across software, mechanical, and process dimensions, and collaborate
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in robotics or automation.
- Deep knowledge of robotics, controls, and mechatronics.
- Comfort working with both software and physical systems on-site.
- Strong communication with engineering and operations teams.
- Experience deploying robotics in production environments.
- Background in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customer sites and be the primary technical partner for each.
- Diagnose issues across software, hardware, and processes.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement improvements with field validation.
- Spend time on-site at customer facilities and remotely for diagnosis and tuning.
- Translate field insights into product roadmap input for engineering/product teams.
- Support expansion conversations with Account Executives to grow deployments.
