Job summary

Amazon in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Program Manager for Robotics Deployment and Experimentation. You will lead deployment initiatives, manage cross-functional programs, and balance business needs with technical constraints to deliver scalable solutions across global sites.

You will travel frequently (50-75%) to fulfillment centers, drive continuous improvement, and influence roadmaps while ensuring adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 5+ years of product or program management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational relationships with support teams and internal operations partners to improve robotic asset performance.
• Identify business risks and needs of new products to establish maintenance programs.
• Use data and metrics to back up assumptions and build business cases.
• Collaborate with Customers, Sponsors, PMs and teams to define and deliver complex solutions.
• Drive opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
