Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the next generation of robotics and automation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning AI, control systems, and mechanical design to deliver scalable, safe solutions at pace.

You will own program timing, risk, and dependencies, craft clear governance (RACI), and influence product and engineering decisions. This role requires deep PM practice, strong technical judgement, and the ability to align stakeholders to achieve

Qualifications

• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 3+ years of hands-on work in complex technology projects.
• Experience working in Software or Hardware.

Responsibilities

• Establish mechanism and cadence to manage the Amazon industrial robotic program.
• Managing escalations and misalignments when risks to delivering services arise; facilitate trade-off decisions.
• Work with teams to determine whether a decision is one-way or two-way door and manage stakeholder discussions.
• Ensuring role clarity and escalating when misalignments impact commitments.
• Developing and publishing a clear RACI to create transparency and drive ownership.
• Coordinating across internal teams to match alignment and enable deployment services.
• Exercising strong technical judgement to influence deployment methodology at program level.
• Advise on scalability requirements and protect for those needs in product/engineering discussions.
