Job summary

Amazon Robotics Deployment Engineering is seeking a TIPM III to oversee multiple project managers and system engineers in deploying robotics solutions across construction sites and live fulfillment centers. You will manage scopes, SLAs for vendors, and resourcing while handling escalations and driving continuous improvement.

The role demands 7+ years in maintenance, engineering, or launch readiness with strong PM skills, and travel up to 30% across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale technical programs and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for deployments and site work.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects in a cross-functional environment with vendors and partners.
• Direct and deliver projects by guiding project core teams within leadership framework.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and System Engineers on schedules, risks, and roadblocks.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders such as Construction and Operations.
• Own the program to achieve targets and drive deployment process improvements.
• Work with leaders across technology areas to improve deployment productivity, quality, and cost.
