Job summary

Walden Robotics is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to own complex, multi-site customer programs from scoping to production, driving cross-functional efforts across business, operations, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployments of robot systems.

You will act as a subject matter expert across the organization, set quality standards, and shape the foundations of our Customer Success function while advocating for customers and translating technical realities for diverse

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands-on technical or sales roles in robotics, automation, or related fields.
• Deep systems integration expertise across software, hardware, sensors, networks.
• Experience as Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or deployment specialist in robotics/IoT.
• Able to explain technical constraints to executives and operators; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically, including multi-day site visits.

Responsibilities

• Own complex programs end-to-end across enterprise customers and deployments.
• Develop customer-centric KPIs and regularly report performance to leadership.
• Serve as primary stakeholder liaison between customer, sales, and operations.
• Translate field insights into product requests and edge-case documentation.
• Mentor teammates and raise quality standards as Customer Success scales.
• Align deployment decisions with Walden Robotics' mission to bring general-purpose robots to reality.
