Job summary

Agility Robotics in Salem/Pittsburgh seeks a Principal Program Manager to lead the most complex customer deployments for Digit. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end program outcomes, and communicate with customers using data-driven updates.

Your leadership will set the standard for how programs are prepared, executed, and delivered, with travel up to 30% and a focus on safety and reliability in warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, including complex hardware + software deployments at customer sites.
• Experience in robotics/automation or warehouse/logistics tech deployment in real environments.
• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear, honest, data-driven customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the most complex CAP engagements end-to-end—from kickoff to sustained operations.
• Drive cross-functional execution and remove blockers with data-driven decisions.
• Set the standard for customer-facing preparation with open commitments and risks.
• Maintain customer relationships at the program level with transparency and accountability.
• Define and track delivery KPIs reflecting actual customer outcomes.
