Job summary

Walden Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to own complex, multi-site customer programs from scoping to deployment.

You will lead the customer relationship, oversee deployments, and drive early adoption at customer sites, turning real-world environments into successful robot operations. You will act as a subject matter expert across the organization, set standards for others, and help shape the foundations of our Customer Success team, mentoring teammates and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on technical or sales roles in robotics, automation, industrial systems, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of how software, hardware, sensors, and networks integrate in real-world environments.
• Background as Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Customer Success, or deployment specialist.
• Able to explain technical constraints to executives and troubleshoot with operators on a loading dock.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teammates and set quality standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%—domestic travel.

Responsibilities

• Own complex programs end-to-end across enterprise customer relationships and deployments.
• Develop customer-centric KPIs and report performance to internal and customer leadership.
• Serve as primary stakeholder liaison between sales, operations, and customers.
• Advocate for customers in discussions with product and engineering.
• Translate field insights into product requests and edge-case considerations.
• Act as first-line customer health owner and escalations liaison.
• Mentor teammates and raise quality standards as the CS function scales.
• Align deployment decisions with Walden Robotics' mission of general-purpose robots.
