Job summary

Walden Robotics seeks a Project Manager to drive cross-functional execution across Business Operations, including Facilities, Legal, Procurement, HR Ops, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition. You will lead company-wide program rollouts, keep multi-team initiatives on track, and surface interdependencies with clear communication.

You will build lightweight structures, dashboards, and repeatable PM templates, enabling scalable processes as the company grows and operations expand across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, business operations, strategy, or similar roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience across varied functions.
• Comfort building process and tracking systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and summarize high priority active work across teams and flag delays, risks, and decisions.
• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs originating from Business Operations.
• Partner with team leads and COO to scope, sequence, and prioritize operational initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across Facilities, Legal, Procurement, HR Ops, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition.
• Drive change management for company-wide rollouts and adoption planning.
• Establish tracking and reporting practices for Business Operations work with dashboards.
• Build repeatable project management frameworks and templates for ongoing use.
• Support transition of work to new team members with handoffs and playbooks.
