Job summary
Accenture in the United States is seeking a Robotics Services Sales Senior Manager to originate, shape and close robotics automation opportunities within our Physical AI portfolio. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology sales, robotics, automation consulting, industrial services, manufacturing solutions, warehouse automation or supply chain technology.
- At least 3 years of experience focused on robotics, automation, autonomous systems or advanced manufacturing services.
- Proven record of originating and closing robotics, automation or industrial-technology services engagements with complex stakeholders.
- Experience selling consulting, solutioning, integration, implementation or managed services, not just hardware.
- Understanding of the Physical AI transformation lifecycle and relationships among simulation, deployment and ongoing operations.
- Knowledge of industrial robots, AMRs/AGVs, cobots, machine vision, PLC integration and fleet management.
- Experience leading cross-functional pursuits with account, industry, delivery, alliance and legal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robotics-services sales strategy across priority accounts and industries.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across robotics domains and related services.
- Identify opportunities based on labor constraints, throughput, cycle time and cost per task.
- Lead pursuits from discovery through proposal, negotiation and transition to delivery.
- Serve as robotics sales lead in broader Physical AI transformations with partners and ecosystem players.
- Shape scalable robotics roadmaps covering pilot, production, and multi-site rollout.
- Create executive presentations, demos, proposals and reusable sales assets.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
