Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in robotics, automation, aerospace tooling, or capital equipment environments.
• Proven track record in technical sales, applications engineering, systems engineering, or program engineering roles supporting complex engineered systems.
• Experience working directly with customers to define requirements, present solutions, and support pre-contract discussions.
• Background in integrating mechanical, electrical, controls, and software systems into production or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical proposals and solution development for robotics, automation, and aerospace tooling opportunities.
• Own the technical volume of proposals, including scope, system architecture, assumptions, and compliance.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs, present solutions, and drive opportunities to closure.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, and supply chain to align on costs, schedules, and resources.
• Support transition from sales to execution with clear scope and risk visibility.
