Robotic Systems Engineer to lead system-level design, architecture, and integration for advanced robotic platforms, coordinating across Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Manufacturing teams. The role requires deep knowledge of control theory, sensor fusion, real-time platforms, and mentoring engineers, while ensuring compliance with defense and aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience leading system-level design, integration, testing, and validation of complex robotic platforms.
• Strong skills in MATLAB/Simulink, C++/Python, and ROS for system-level integration and sensor fusion.
• Advanced office software skills for modeling and presentations; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level design and integration across robotic platforms.
• Oversee sensor and actuator integration and design reviews.
• Lead lifecycle management, sustainment, upgrades, and end-of-life transitions.
• Own system-level deliverables and coordinate cross-discipline work.
• Lead test planning and validation, including HIL and MIL-STD verification.
• Mentor Engineers I and II and support program managers.
• Drive process improvements and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, EH&S, and security mandates.
